Graskop is surrounded on all sides by massive plantations of Pine and Blue Gum trees – part of the largest man made forest in the world. God's window is one of South Africa 's most famous views, and the Blyde River Canyon is the world's third largest canyon. Bourke's Luck Potholes and the Three Rondawels are household names and all of these sights are a Short drive from town.
